Tim has worked in the aviation industry for over 35 years. Currently, he is an Aircraft Broker, FAA certified Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic, an Aircraft prebuy Inspector and has his Pilot’s License. His love for aviation started when he served as a UH1 Helicopter Mechanic with the 101st Airborne Division. After his military career, Tim attended Tech. School and received his A & P license. He worked as a contract A & P for many major airlines and many military contractors KC135, B1B Bomber,T37,T38, UH60,CH47,OH58 worked some time with the shuttle program with Martin Marietta on the external tanks for the Space Shuttle. One of Tim’s favorite jobs was in Wichita, KS where he worked as a Flight and Delivery inspector (DMIR) for Beechcraft/Raytheon delivering the entire product line of Aircraft to new customers. Tim moved to Minnesota to marry his wife Lori in 2001. He worked as a Maintenance Controller for Mesaba Airlines and bought a plane determined to build time and fly commercially. The events of September 11th, 2001 changed his plans. Tim re-enlisted in the MN Army National Guard in an Aviation Unit. He worked in General Aviation working on Beechcraft Products installing modifications around the country and then returned to his roots at Fort Campbell, KY where he spent one year working on black hawk helicopters with a military contract. Tim deployed with his Minnesota National Guard unit in 2009 and after deployment returned to Minnesota. Tim’s love for aviation continues with his dream of sales & appraisals of aircraft and helping others. . His knowledge serves him well and he is able to identify the drawbacks and positives of each aircraft. His servant nature combined with his attention to detail is a blessing to his customers.
